Baked Fish Fillets

  1. Thaw fish; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Place fish in greased 1-quart casserole.
  3. Pour milk over fillets.
  4. Bake in preheated 350u0b0 oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  5. Remove from oven; drain off and reserve milk.
  6. Melt butter in skillet; stir and blend in flour.
  7. Gradually add reserved milk; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture has thickened.
  8. Add mustard, seasoned salt, lemon juice and mix well. Pour sauce over fillets in baking dish; sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  9. Bake 10 minutes.
  10. Dust lightly with paprika before serving.
  11. Serves 4.
