Chicken And Broccoli Casserole
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of broccoli soup
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1 small bag seasoned stuffing
- Cook chicken until tender.
- Cut-up chicken in bite size pieces and save 1 cup of chicken broth for later use.
- Spray nonstick spray in
- an 8 x 8 x 3-inch casserole dish.
- Place cut-up chicken in bottom of the dish.
- Cover chicken with broccoli.
- In a separate dish, mix together soups, lemon juice, curry powder and chicken broth.
- Pour mixture over broccoli and chicken.
- Cover with stuffing and brush top of stuffing with melted butter.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Makes 4 servings.
