Meat Balls And Sauce

  1. Mix together first 7 ingredients and form into balls.
  2. Brown in hot fat.
  3. Saute chopped onion, celery and bell pepper together with garlic salt.
  4. Add small can of tomato sauce and sugar.
  5. Cook until deep red.
  6. Add small can of tomatoes and cook over low heat for 2 hours or longer.
  7. Add water if sauce becomes too thick.
  8. Add meat balls and cook 30 minutes.
  9. Serve over spaghetti.
