Frozen Fruit Mold

  1. Oil a 12-cup mold or Bundt pan or two 6-cup molds; set aside. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until fluffy. Stir in fruit cocktail, pineapple, oranges, marshmallows and walnuts.
  2. In a medium bowl, whip whipping cream until stiff.
  3. Fold whipped cream into fruit mixture.
  4. Pour into prepared mold.
  5. Cover with foil and freeze until solid.
  6. May be frozen for several months.
