Brunswick Stew By Gary
- 1 medium (approximately 5 to 6 lb.) fresh picnic/roast (beef or pork)
- 6 pieces chicken parts (use parts you want except wings)
- 3 large onions, chopped fine
- 2 potatoes, diced small
- 2 (15 oz. size) cans tomato sauce
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 2 (15 oz. size) cans whole corn, drained
- chicken stock from the chicken parts
- 2 c. milk
- 5 dashes chili powder
- 15 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 15 dashes Tabasco sauce (omit if you can't handle the heat)
- salt and pepper to taste
- This is an old family recipe and will take a lot of your time, however, it will be worth your efforts.
- So relax and put on your favorite blues c.d. and get going!
