Hot Dip(Makes 1 Dozen Pints)

  1. Chop
  2. peppers,tnions,
  3. garlic and tomatoes and put in large boiler.
  4. Add
  5. vinegar,
  6. sugar
  7. and salt.
  8. Boil on medium heat until
  9. mixture tastes done, for about 1 hour.
  10. Stir often as mixture
  11. settles to the bottom.
  12. Pour 1/2 pint of water and cornstarch and shake well.tdd this to boiling mixture, using a small amount at a time until your mixture is thickened.
  13. Add hot sauce
  14. andtatsup.
  15. Boil
  16. about 30 minutes more, stirring often. Process 20 minutes in pint jars.
