Caesar Salad

  1. Combine garlic
  2. and anchovies.
  3. Squeeze lemon on anchovies. Add Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and mustard and mix thoroughly. Add egg.
  4. Whisk briskly to a creamy texture.
  5. Add balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
  6. Mix again thoroughly so as to preserve the texture.
  7. Pour on the greens and mix lightly.
  8. Add cheese; toss the greens.
  9. Add croutons; toss again.
  10. Add fresh ground pepper.
