Flourless Peppermint Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Place first 9 ingredients in a food processor; process until completely smooth, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Fold in chocolate chips; pour batter into a 9-inch square metal baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes or until edges of brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool 20 minutes in pan on a wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
