Wild Rice Stuffing

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions; set aside.
  2. Combine, butter, onion, carrots and pepper in a medium skillet over medium-high heat and saute until onion is transparent; remove from heat.
  3. Blend in remaining ingredients; stir in rice. Spoon stuffing into a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake, covered, at 325u0b0 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
