Coconut Pound Cake

  1. Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating until mixture is light
  2. and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Combine
  5. flour, soda and salt.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Add to creamed
  8. mixture
  9. alternately with sour cream beginning and ending with
  10. flour
  11. mixture.
  12. Stir
  13. in coconut and flavorings. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
  14. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour and 10 to 15 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in
  15. center
  16. comes
  17. out
  18. clean.
  19. Cool
  20. in pan 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from pan;
  21. cool completely.
