Lasagna

  1. Combine Ricotta cheese, egg, remaining parsley and salt.
  2. In bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan, spoon 1 1/2 cups sauce.
  3. Layer with noodles.
  4. Spread with 1/2 Ricotta mixture.
  5. Top with 1/3 Mozzarella cheese.
  6. Spoon sauce over cheese.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Repeat layering.
  9. Cover with foil.
  10. Bake 25 minutes.
  11. Remove foil.
  12. Bake 25 minutes longer.
