Chicken Lasagna(Cook 1 Hour At 425.)
- 4 chicken breasts (chopped in small pieces)
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 bag shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 small can grated parmesan cheese
- 1 small cottage cheese
- 6 eggs
- 3 jars fettucini sauce
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- mushrooms - optional
- olive oil
- Mix cottage cheese and eggs together. Cook chicken breast with garlic, mushrooms, and a little olive oil. Cook noodles until they are almost done. Layer ingredients as follows, 1/4 jar sauce enough to cover pan bottom, noodles, rest of jar of sauce, 1/2 of chicken, 1/2 of cottage cheese and egg mixture,1/2 of all cheeses, 1/2 can parmesan cheese, layer of noodles. Repeat layers as above. Cook for 1 hour at 425 degrees.
