Beef And Vegetable Chowder

  1. Heat butter in 4 to 5 quart Dutch oven over medium-low heat. Add onions, garlic and ground beef.
  2. Saute until brown about 10 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes breaking into smaller pieces as you stir well.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Ladle into soup bowls and top with cheese toast.
