Chicken Cordon Bleu

  1. Place each chicken breast between 2 sheets of waxed paper; flatten to 1/4 inch using rolling pin.
  2. Place 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese in center of each chicken piece.
  3. Sprinkle centers with chopped parsley.
  4. Roll up lengthwise and secure with wooden toothpicks.
  5. Combine bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
  6. Dip each chicken breast in milk; roll in bread crumb mixture.
  7. Place chicken in baking dish coated with spray.
  8. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
