Chicken With Artichokes

  1. In a heavy skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
  2. Remove bacon and drain.
  3. Add onions, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and garlic to the drippings in the pan.
  4. Saute for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
