Mom'S Chicken
- 4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 jar chili sauce
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- Combine all dry ingredients.
- Brown chicken in butter after mixing all dry ingredients.
- (You can save dry mixture in a Ziploc bag and store in freezer to use again.)
- Remove chicken; place on towels to drain off excess butter.
- Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
- Melt cheese.
- Add 1 heaping spoonful of chili sauce and more cheese.
- Bake until golden brown in a 375u0b0 oven.
- Serves 6.
