Mom'S Chicken

  1. Combine all dry ingredients.
  2. Brown chicken in butter after mixing all dry ingredients.
  3. (You can save dry mixture in a Ziploc bag and store in freezer to use again.)
  4. Remove chicken; place on towels to drain off excess butter.
  5. Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
  6. Melt cheese.
  7. Add 1 heaping spoonful of chili sauce and more cheese.
  8. Bake until golden brown in a 375u0b0 oven.
  9. Serves 6.
