Turkey Dinner Burgers
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup chopped yellow onion
- 2/3 cup chopped celery
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 pound 85% lean ground turkey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 (1-oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese slices
- 1/4 cup chunky cranberry sauce
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 potato hamburger buns, split and toasted
- 8 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 16 pickled green beans
- 1/2 cup crispy fried onions (such as French's)
- Preheat broiler to high. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high. Add burgers; cook until golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Top burgers with cheese slices. Broil until a thermometer inserted in thickest portion of burger registers 160u0b0F, about 1 minute.
