Cheese-Filled Manicotti

  1. Prepare and drain pasta.
  2. Rinse with cold water, drain and arrange in a single layer.
  3. Mix Ricotta cheese, 1 1/2 cups of Mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Using at least 1/3 cup per shell, spoon mixture into manicotti shells.
  5. Place filled shells in single layer in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  6. Pour spaghetti sauce over manicotti shells.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 minutes or until hot.
  9. Makes 4 servings.
