Hamburger-Corn Casserole
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can creamed chicken soup
- 1 can creamed mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 pkg. (5 oz.) egg noodles
- salt and pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Accent
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
- 1 small jar pimento
- Cook noodles 1/2 done; drain.
- Lightly brown beef; add onion. Cook until tender, but not brown.
- Add corn, soups, sour cream and pimento.
- Season to taste.
- Drain noodles and add to mixture. Cook 5 minutes.
- Put into 2 1/2 quart casserole.
- Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
- When ready to serve, sprinkle with buttered crumbs.
- Serves 8 to 10.
