Cabbage Casserole

  1. Cut cabbage as you would to smother and cook in salted water until tender but still green.
  2. Drain and reserve the liquid.
  3. Cook ground beef with onions, garlic and other seasonings until brown. Mix cabbage with the meat, adding mushroom soup, green onions and cooked rice.
  4. Before you think it is too dry, you can then add some of the liquid from the cooked cabbage.
  5. Pour into greased baking dish.
  6. Top with crumbs and bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 300u0b0.
