Kitchen Sink Dessert Cheese Ball

  1. In the bowl of a food processor pulse together the cookies, potato chips, pretzel sticks and sprinkles; divide mixture among two mixing bowls.
  2. Place the cream cheese and butter in the bowl of the food processor; process until smooth.
  3. Transfer cream cheese mixture to one of the bowls containing cookie mixture; mix until evenly incorporated. Scrape cream cheese mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  4. Using lightly moistened hands, shape cream cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until it can be easily rolled.
  5. Stir peanut butter chips and chocolate chips into remaining bowl of cookie mixture. Spread cookie mixture evenly on a rimmed baking sheet. Roll the cheese ball in mixture to evenly coat.
  6. Place cheese ball on a serving platter; serve with graham crackers or other desired dippers.
