Kitchen Sink Dessert Cheese Ball
- 1 cup cookies of your choice
- 1 cup potato chips
- 1 cup pretzel sticks
- 2 tablespoons sprinkles
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces unsalted butter, cubed and softened
- 1/4 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- In the bowl of a food processor pulse together the cookies, potato chips, pretzel sticks and sprinkles; divide mixture among two mixing bowls.
- Place the cream cheese and butter in the bowl of the food processor; process until smooth.
- Transfer cream cheese mixture to one of the bowls containing cookie mixture; mix until evenly incorporated. Scrape cream cheese mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Using lightly moistened hands, shape cream cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until it can be easily rolled.
- Stir peanut butter chips and chocolate chips into remaining bowl of cookie mixture. Spread cookie mixture evenly on a rimmed baking sheet. Roll the cheese ball in mixture to evenly coat.
- Place cheese ball on a serving platter; serve with graham crackers or other desired dippers.
