Frozen Fruit Salad

  1. Whip the cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and mix until well blended.
  2. Add vanilla and blend in salad dressing or mayonnaise. Fold in fruit and marshmallows. Whip the cream and fold into fruit mixture. Add food coloring and mix.
  3. Salad should be pale pink. Ladle into 5-ounce serving or souffle cups.
  4. Freeze immediately, at least overnight.
  5. Defrost about 15 minutes before serving. This is really good.
