Blueberry Muffins

  1. In large bowl, put cereal and milk and let stand.
  2. Then add banana, cinnamon, egg, vanilla and sugar.
  3. Stir well or beat with mixer.
  4. In another bowl, put flour, bran, salt and baking powder and mix well, then cut in margarine (I use Promise no fat and applesauce) with pastry blender.
  5. Add flour mixture to cereal mixture.
  6. Batter may be stiff, then add blueberries.
  7. Makes 12 muffins (cupcake pan).
  8. Pan can be greased or sprayed with nonstick spray.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes or so.
