Ice Cream Cake(Make Night Before Serving)
- 1 pkg. ladyfingers
- 12 Oreo cookies
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 gal. favorite ice cream
- Smucker's chocolate topping
- 1/2 gal. Cool Whip
- crushed nuts
- cherries
- 3 c. flour
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 8 oz. sour cream
- nuts or maraschino cherries (optional)
- 4 c. sliced peeled apples
- 2/3 to 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. oats
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. margarine
- 2 1/4 c. granulated brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Melt margarine and add brown sugar.
- Stir until well mixed. Add one egg at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Add flour, baking powder and salt, then mix in vanilla and chocolate bits.
- Pour into greased pan, about 10-inch.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
