Hamburgers Baked With Cream

  1. Combine first six ingredients and form into 8 patties.
  2. Fry patties in skillet until well browned on both sides.
  3. Remove to baking dish.
  4. Drain off excess grease and melt butter in same skillet.
  5. Add onion, carrots and celery to skillet drippings. Saute until tender.
  6. Add flour.
  7. Stir until well blended.
  8. Combine milk and soup and add to vegetables.
  9. Reduce heat and cook until mixture is well blended and thickens.
  10. Pour over hamburgers. Sprinkle with parsley.
  11. Cover tightly with foil.
  12. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
