Ground Beef Casserole

  1. Brown meat; drain.
  2. Add tomato sauce, salt, sugar and garlic. Simmer 20 minutes.
  3. Cook wide noodles according to package directions.
  4. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and green onions.
  5. Place in a greased oblong Pyrex dish, one layer noodles, layer of meat and layer of cheese mixture.
  6. Alternate layers until all ingredients are used.
  7. Grate Cheddar cheese over top.
  8. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven about 20 minutes or until bubbly hot.
