Dietetic Lime Mist Cheesecake

  1. Crush graham crackers.
  2. In large bowl, mix crackers and melted diet margarine.
  3. Let mixture cool briefly, then mix in nonfat margarine.
  4. Press mixture onto bottom and sides of 9 x 13-inch pan, reserving 1/4 to 1/3 cup for crumbling over the top.
  5. In large bowl or in blender, mix cream cheese, Jell-O, D-Zerta, sweetener and 2 cups boiling water on high for at least 3 minutes after cream cheese and Jell-O have dissolved by the mixing.
  6. Let cool briefly. Pour into pan.
  7. Refrigerate until jelled.
  8. Crumble remaining crumbs over top.
