Italian Rolls

  1. Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and seasonings.
  2. Heat milk, water and butter until warm.
  3. Add egg.
  4. Blend at low speed until moistened.
  5. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
  6. By hand, gradually stir in 1/2 cup cheese and flour to make a firm dough. Place in a greased bowl.
  7. Cover; let rise in warm oven.
  8. Punch down; divide into 16 pieces.
  9. Form into balls.
  10. Dip tops into 2 tablespoons butter and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
  11. Place in well-greased pan.
  12. Cover; let rise.
  13. Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
  14. Remove; let cool.
