Honey Hot Chicken
- Marinade:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon(R) Roasted Chicken Base
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 (6-ounce) chicken breasts
- Glaze:
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon Better Than Bouillon(R) Roasted Chicken Base
- 1/4 cup The Original "Louisiana" Brand Hot SauceTM
- 1 teaspoon coarse ground mustard
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- In a bowl, whisk together the marinade with chicken and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to 400u0b0F.;
- In a bowl, whisk together the glaze.
- Place the chicken directly onto the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes. Turn the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes more or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165u0b0F. Coat chicken with glaze before removing from grill.
