Green Bean, Chicken & Balsamic Salad
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed and blanched
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cooked and sliced
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup chow mein noodles
- Wish-Bone(R) Salad Spritzers(R) Balsamic Breeze(R) Vinaigrette Dressing
- Toss all ingredients except Wish-Bone(R) Salad Spritzers(R) Balsamic Breeze(R) Vinaigrette Dressing in large serving bowl or platter. Just before serving, spritz with Dressing.
- SERVING SUGGESTION: For a twist, serve in martini glasses, wine goblets or ice cream sundae dishes instead of serving bowl.
