Banana Muscle Milk Dutch Baby
- 6 tablespoons (3 oz.) unsalted butter
- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Banana Creme Muscle Milk
- 1 1/2 cups (about 6 3/8 oz.) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped roasted and salted peanuts
- Preheat oven to 425u0b0F. Melt butter in large cast-iron skillet over medium, tilting skillet to ensure bottom of skillet is coated with melted butter.
- Process eggs in a blender 45 seconds. With blender running, gradually add Muscle Milk through food chute. Add flour, 1/2 cup at a time, processing until fully incorporated after each addition. Add cinnamon, and process 30 seconds.
- Pour batter into hot melted butter. Bake in preheated oven until browned and puffed, 20 to 23 minutes. Top evenly with bananas. Drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with peanuts.
