Pork Stir-Fry With Blue Cheese
- 1 lb. boneless pork or beef top round steak
- 18 oz. plain yogurt
- 1/4 c. Blue cheese
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. beef bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. broccoli
- 2 medium carrots, thin sliced
- 2 onions, in wedges
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Blue cheese
- Partially freeze meat and thinly slice across grain; set aside.
- For sauce, combine next 4 ingredients.
- Preheat wok and stir-fry veggies in oil.
- Transfer to dish.
- Stir-fry 1/2 meat at a time, then set aside.
- Add water and sauce to wok.
- Stir until thickened, scraping bottom.
- Stir in meat and tomato until heated and spoon over veggies.
- Top with extra Blue cheese.
