Pork Stir-Fry With Blue Cheese

  1. Partially freeze meat and thinly slice across grain; set aside.
  2. For sauce, combine next 4 ingredients.
  3. Preheat wok and stir-fry veggies in oil.
  4. Transfer to dish.
  5. Stir-fry 1/2 meat at a time, then set aside.
  6. Add water and sauce to wok.
  7. Stir until thickened, scraping bottom.
  8. Stir in meat and tomato until heated and spoon over veggies.
  9. Top with extra Blue cheese.
