Chocolate Banana Pudding Pie
- 4 squares Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 3/4 c. cold milk
- 2 medium Dole bananas
- 2 4 oz. pkg. instant banana cream pudding (or vanilla)
- 1 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
- 1 6 oz. graham cracker crust
- Microwave chocolate, milk, and margarine on high for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every few seconds.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted and spread evenly in crust.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chocolate is firm. Then arrange banana slices over chocolate.
- Pour milk in a large bowl and add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk for 1 minute.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Spoon over bananas and top with Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours until ready to serve.
- Makes 8 servings.
