Ma Casey'S Combination Crawfish Pasta

  1. Melt butter; saute vegetables.
  2. Add flour and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Add crawfish, half and half and cheeses, being careful not to let mixture stick to bottom.
  4. (It will burn easily.)
  5. Add seasoning to taste.
  6. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve on cooked pasta.
