Macaroni-Meat Loaf Casserole
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed vegetable soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
- tomato slices
- grated cheese
- Brown ground meat in butter.
- Add vegetable soup and water. Bring to boil.
- Add garlic salt, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard.
- Mix in cooked elbow macaroni.
- Pour into a 2-quart greased baking dish.
- Bake in a moderate oven at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
- Top with tomato slices and grated cheese.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes.
- Makes 6 servings.
