Reuben Bake
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium noodles
- 1 lb. can sauerkraut
- 1 c. Thousand Island dressing
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 tsp. caraway seed
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
- 2 tomatoes, sliced (medium)
- 1/2 c. crushed rye crackers
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
- Preheat
- oven
- to
- 350u0b0.
- Cook noodles and drain.
- Toss with 2 tablespoons
- oleo.
- Place noodles in bottom of 12 x 8 x 2-inch greased baking dish.
- Top with sauerkraut and shredded corned beef.
- Spread
- dressing
- over
- corned beef and top with tomato slices.
- Sprinkle
- with
- Swiss
- cheese.
- Toss
- cracker crumbs with 2 tablespoons butter or oleo and caraway seed and sprinkle over top.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 350u0b0.
