Salad Pizzas With Feta
- 1 (11-ounce) can refrigerated French bread dough
- Cooking spray
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions (about 2 onions)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Dash of salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 cups gourmet salad greens
- 1 (3 1/2-ounce) package crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese with basil and tomatoes
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- . Unroll dough; cut into 4 equal portions. Press each portion of dough into a 6 x 8-inch rectangle on a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with green onions and basil, pressing gently into dough. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes or until crusts are crisp. Remove crusts from pan; cool 10 minutes on a wire rack.
- . Combine oil and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk until well blended. Add greens, tossing to coat. Place crusts on individual serving plates; top evenly with salad. Sprinkle evenly with feta cheese. Serve immediately.
