Creamy Ham Casserole

  1. Break cauliflower into buds (about 4 cups).
  2. Cook covered in boiling salted water until tender.
  3. Drain and combine ham and mushrooms in medium saucepan.
  4. Melt 4 tablespoons butter, stir in flour, add milk all at once.
  5. Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles.
  6. Add cheese and sour cream to sauce.
  7. Stir well until cheese melts.
  8. Combine with cauliflower and ham mixture.
  9. Turn into 2-quart casserole.
  10. Combine crumbs and remaining oleo. Sprinkle over top.
  11. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until hot.
