Triple Layer Cookie Bars(Makes 36 Bars)

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0 (325u0b0 for glass dish).
  2. In 13 x 9-inch baking pan, melt Land O Lakes sweet cream butter in oven. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over butter.
  3. Top evenly with coconut, then Eagle Brand.
  4. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. In small saucepan over low heat, melt chips with peanut butter.
  6. Spread evenly over hot coconut layer.
  7. Cool 30 minutes.
  8. Chill thoroughly.
  9. Cut into bars.
  10. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
