Daiquiri Fruit Salad

  1. In large saucepan, bring liquid to boiling.
  2. Stir in gelatin to dissolve.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in limeade concentrate and rum.
  4. Using wire whisk or electric mixer, blend in mayonnaise. Chill until thickened, but not set.
  5. Fold in pineapple, whipped cream and bananas.
  6. Spoon into 12-cup fluted tube pan.
  7. Chill until firm.
  8. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
  9. Recipe may be halved for 6-cup fluted tube pan.
