Turkey Burger Supper

  1. In medium bowl, mix ground turkey, salt, horseradish, apple, onion and 1 tablespoon of the parsley flakes.
  2. Shape into 4 (1-inch) thick patties.
  3. Spray broiling rack with nonstick cooking fat; place patties on rack.
  4. With broiling pan closest to source of heat, broil patties 4 minutes; turn them over and broil 5 to 6 more minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Cut pita bread in quarters; brush with corn oil and sprinkle with rest of parsley.
  6. Broil 1 to 2 minutes.
  7. Serve with burgers and cole slaw.
