Turkey With Ginger Salsa

  1. For marinade:
  2. Combine vinegar, sherry, soy sauce, ginger root, garlic and red pepper.
  3. Set 2 tablespoons mixture aside. Pour remaining marinade into a plastic bag.
  4. Close bag; refrigerate 1 hour, turning once.
