Mocha-Almond Pie

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Place chocolates, margarine or butter and instant coffee in a large, microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Cook on High (100% power) for 2 minutes, until margarine is melted.
  4. Remove from oven; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  5. Stir in sugar and corn syrup.
  6. Beat in eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Pour into pie shell; sprinkle with almonds.
  7. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 45 minutes or until knife inserted 1-inch from the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool on rack.
  9. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
