Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins(Low Calorie)

  1. In mixing bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. In another bowl combine the egg-egg substitute, pumpkin and applesauce and oil.
  2. Stir into dry ingredients until moistened.
  3. Stir into chocolate chips.
  4. Coat muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray. Fill 2/3 full with batter.
  5. Bake at 400 for 18-22 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool 5 minutes on wire rack.
