Smoked Chicken Pizza With White Barbecue Sauce
- WHITE BARBECUE SAUCE
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- REMAINING INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound chopped smoked chicken
- 2 cups sliced tomatoes
- 8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Garnish: fresh opal basil
- Whisk together first 8 ingredients.
- Preheat grill to 400u0b0 (high) heat. Place Homemade Pizza Dough rounds directly on grill grate (cornmeal side down), and grill, covered with grill lid, 4 minutes or until golden brown. Carefully flip dough.
- Spread each pizza crust with 2 Tbsp. White Barbecue Sauce, and top with smoked chicken, tomatoes, and cheese. Grill, covered with grill lid, 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is browned and bubbly.

- Preheat grill to high (at least 400u0b0) heat. Slide pizza dough rounds directly onto grill grate (cornmeal side down) from baking sheet, and grill, covered with grill lid, 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Carefully flip dough.
- Top cooked side of crust with desired sauce and toppings.
- Grill, covered with grill lid, 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
