Super Nachos
- 2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 to 3 (4 oz.) cans taco sauce
- chopped green onion
- sliced ripe olives
- sour cream
- guacamole (frozen or homemade)
- tostado chips
- Spread refried beans in a large oblong pan.
- Brown meat and onion; drain.
- Season with salt and pepper; layer over beans. Sprinkle green chilies over meat.
- Cover with grated cheese and taco sauce.
- Bake at 400u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven; spread with chopped green onion and sliced ripe olives.
- Before serving, garnish with sour cream and guacamole.
- Use tostado chips for dipping.
