Cheesy Tuna Sandwich
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 5 or 6 drops hot sauce
- 1 (9 1/4 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
- butter or margarine
- 3 English muffins, split
- 6 slices tomato
- 6 slices pasteurized process American cheese
- Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and hot sauce.
- Mix well. Stir in tuna. Lightly butter each muffin half. Top each half with 1 slice tomato, tuna mixture and 1 slice cheese.
- Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 325u0b0 for 20 minutes or until cheese melts and sandwich is heated through.
- Yields 6 sandwiches.
