Lake'S Shrimp Creole

  1. Saute onions, peppers and celery in bacon drippings.
  2. Add stewed tomatoes and sliced whole skinless tomatoes, garlic and spices.
  3. Add 1/2 cup water and let simmer for at least 20 minutes. Add shrimp and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes or until shrimp are done.
  4. Serve over hot, white rice.
  5. Serves 4.
