Oven Caramel Corn

  1. Put first 2 ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Bring next 7 ingredients to a boil in small saucepan.
  3. Boil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add baking soda.
  6. Stir quickly. Pour syrup over popcorn mixture.
  7. Stir until popcorn is coated. Place popcorn onto large flat pans.
  8. Bake at 250u0b0 for 1 hour, stirring several times.
  9. Mixture will be sticky.
  10. Stir occasionally while mixture cools.
  11. Break up popcorn if stuck together.
  12. Store in large airtight containers.
