Chicken Casserole

  1. Cook chicken.
  2. Remove skin and bones; tear or cut chicken into bite size pieces.
  3. Mix together chicken soup (do not dilute) and sour cream.
  4. Add to chicken and stir.
  5. Prepare Stove Top stuffing according to package directions or use chicken broth instead of water (omit butter).
  6. Put chicken mixture in buttered casserole dish.
  7. Put stuffing on top.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0, uncovered, for 1/2 hour. This can be prepared a day ahead and then baked before serving. Allow a little more time for baking if it has been refrigerated. If you use broth for the stuffing, be careful of the salt.
  9. It may make the stuffing too salty.
